The results are possible results for a decathlon. Using a decathlon point calculator such as this one, you can get a score for each event, as shown in the third column below. These scores all begin with either 1, 2, or 3, and end with a two-digit number divisible by 4, or a year during which the Summer Olympics were held. This tells you to look up the medalist (gold, silver, or bronze) in the decathlon for the year in question, shown in column 4. The first letters of the first names of these medalists spell out your answer, DECATHLETE.
