March 2010 Puzzle

Now that the Olympics are over, we've come to a realization: why bother to watch all of the events when you can just predict the results beforehand? Shinteki's patented Medal Forecast System has several features that appeal to armchair Olympians: it's simple, you don't have to learn anything about other countries or the Olympics themselves in order to make a prediction, and the predictions for a given country never change over time.

Best of all, if you do a little research, you'll see that the MFS has been absolutely correct on quite a few occasions! Some recent examples:

  • 2010 Winter: Estonia, Kazakhstan
  • 2008 Summer: Bahamas, Malaysia, South Africa, Sudan
  • 2006 Winter: Slovakia
  • 2002 Winter: Great Britain
  • 2000 Summer: Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka
  • 1996 Summer: Chinese Taipei, Mozambique, Philippines, Uzbekistan
  • 1992 Summer: Chinese Taipei, Colombia
  • 1988 Summer: Colombia, Costa Rica, Djibouti, Indonesia, Portugal

We're excited about keeping an eye on the following competitors during the 2012 Summer games. Give our Medal Forecast System a try!

  • Bangladesh
  • Barbados
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
  • Georgia
  • Cambodia
  • Zimbabwe
